Connecting Women, Growing in Faith, Supporting Each Other
The FLC Ladies Ministry meets on the last Friday of every month for a refreshing time of worship, fellowship, and prayer. This ministry is designed to create a welcoming, fun, and safe environment where women from all walks of life can come together to connect, support, and grow in faith. Whether you’re seeking spiritual growth, encouragement, or meaningful friendships, our gatherings offer a place for deep conversation, heartfelt worship, and shared experiences.
We believe in the power of community, where women can freely share their stories, celebrate victories, and uplift each other through life’s challenges. Each meeting provides opportunities to engage in group discussions, Bible studies, and special events tailored to encourage personal and spiritual growth.
34th Women's Conference
Christian Greetings!
First Lady Binda and her team are prayerfully preparing for the 34th Annual Women's Conference, scheduled for March 21-23, 2025 at the Americana Conference Resort and Waterpark.
The Conference, held under the theme: "Fresh Oil: Annointed for Purpose", will feature empowering keynote speakers, interactive workshops and networking sessions designed to fuel your personal and spiritual growth.
Ladies, as a friendly reminder, please note that it is the church's responsibility to take care of your First Lady's or Female Pastor's registration. This is a once-a-year request. We pray that you will receive this request in good faith and use the opportunity to honor and bless your First Lady and/or your Female Pastor for the sacrifice they are making to advance the work of the ministry in your local churches, directly or as the main support to your Pastor.
The first deposit is due: January 13, 2025.

In addition to our monthly gatherings, we also organize occasional retreats, social events, and service projects that help us stay connected with one another and give back to the community. Our goal is to foster a supportive sisterhood where women feel valued, encouraged, and inspired to pursue their faith journey with confidence.
