Resources
At Family Life Centre, we believe in “serving within our strengths.” When someone’s needs go beyond our capacity such as supporting those experiencing suicidal thoughts or facing mental health challenges like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia it’s important to connect them with the right professionals who can help.
To ensure we can guide others effectively, we keep a list of trusted mental health resources and support services. This list will be regularly updated as new resources become available. If there’s a resource you think we should add, please let us know!
